The North Carolina Association of Nurserymen and the North Carolina Landscape & Grounds Management Association voted to merge October 1, 2006 into the North Carolina Nursery and Landscape Association, Inc. NCNLA is a membership organization of firms interested in the welfare of North Carolina's green industry with emphasis on the nursery and landscape industries. Members include wholesale growers, retailers, suppliers, landscapers, horticulture students and educators.
MEMBER BENEFITS
Members receive discounts as trade show exhibitors; have access to membership mailing lists; receive discounted advertising opportunities in NCNLA publications including Nursery Notes, annual Buyers Guide, Membership Directory, and the Green & Growin' Showbook; as well as educational opportunities tailored to industry needs. State and Federal industry regulations and legislation is closely monitored by NCNLA Directors, Executive Director, and lobbyist. NCNLA offers educational scholarships and research monies to support the horticulture industry of North Carolina.
MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of North Carolina Nursery and Landscape Association is to be a flexible, knowledgeable, responsive, environmentally conscious organization providing the nursery industry with leadership, technological and business advancement opportunities, and information services.
The North Carolina Nursery and Landscape Association's ultimate goal is to benefit it's member's economic, professional and personal growth.
